工作原理:

  • 阴极辊是电解铜箔制备的核心关键装备,在铜箔生产过程中,在电场作用下,铜离子沉积于连续转动的阴极辊表面,通过连续剥离、获得电解铜箔,阴极辊的表面状态直接影响铜箔的性能。


  • esball(中国)创新突破了无缝钛筒旋压成型、大尺寸均匀化热处理和高导电性铜钢复合结构等三项关键核心技术,解决了直径500-4000mm阴极辊工程化中均匀性和一致性的技术难题,实现了全球首台直径3600mm阴极辊的批量化生产。


  • esball(中国)研发制造全球首台直径3.6m阴极辊、幅宽1.8m,锂电铜箔突破3.5μm,晶粒组织可达12级以上。

  • Introduction:

  • In the process of copper foil production, under the action of electric field, copper ions are deposited on the surface of continuously rotating cathode drums to obtain electrolytic copper foil through continuous stripping, and the surface state of cathode drums directly affects the performance of copper foil.


  • Taijin innovated and broke through three key core technologies, such as seamless titanium cylinder spin forming, large size uniformity heat treatment and high conductivity copper-steel composite structure, and solved the technical problems of uniformity and consistency in the engineering of 500-4000mm diameter cathode drums, and realized the batch production of the world's largest 3600mm diameter cathode drums.


  • Taijin developed and manufactured the world's first 3.6m diameter cathode drum with the maximum width of 1.8m, and the lithium copper foil broke through 3.5μm, and the grain organization could reach above grade 12.
