钛毡 Titanium felt(气体扩散层 Gas diffusion layer)
PEM 电解水的阳极需要耐酸性环境腐蚀、耐高电位腐蚀,应具有合适的孔洞结构以便气体和水通过。受限于 PEM 电解水的反应条件,PEM 燃料电池中常用的膜电极材料(如碳材料)无法用于水电解阳极。
创新突破了大尺寸MW级抗冲刷、耐热冲击、高导电多孔扩散层镀铂涂层技术、MW级双极板耐腐蚀高导电高导热镀铂涂层处理技术,解决了电解堆中双极板和扩散层材料难题,成功应用于MW级电解堆并经受住了长寿命周期考验。
双极板和扩散层的电导率达到10mΩ·cm(@1.5Mpa),镀层厚度偏差≤±5%。
The anode for PEM water electrolysis needs to be resistant to acidic environmental corrosion, high potential corrosion, and should have a suitable pore structure for gas and water to pass through. The membrane electrode materials commonly used in PEM fuel cells (e.g., carbon materials) cannot be used for water electrolysis anodes due to the reaction conditions of PEM water electrolysis.
